Within those 10 years, she managed a small business overseeing general bookkeeping, AR/AP, purchasing, inventory management, delivery coordination, white-glove installations, customer service, and worked directly with a company on bookkeeping cleanup and general bookkeeping services — untangling books that had fallen behind and getting them accurate and current. That experience gave her a deep understanding of what it actually takes to run a business, not just manage its numbers.
